v THE BELL INDICATES THE BEGINNING AND COMPLETION OF CLASS LESSONS. Teaching must take place until the end of the period.
v WHEN PICKING UP YOUR CLASS, PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO MEET YOUR CLASS ON TIME. Lateness will be deducted from your prep time (if it is your error).
v PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TIME CHANGES FOR ANY REASON; IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY, PLEASE NOTIFY A SUPERVISOR. Scheduling changes may only be made by school administration. Any unforseen adjustments will be posted prior to 8:20 a.m.
v Children may NOT be brought down before the lunch period!!! (BEFORE THE BELL RINGS please refer to previous Bell Schedule page) During periods prior to lunch, you will be expected to teach until the beginning of the lunch period (11:35 am period 5) and (12:30pm period 6) Do not leave your room for lunch before this time.
v Children may not be brought down early to lunch and may not be left in the lunchroom or hall without supervision.
v The teacher must remain with his/her class until they are properly seated.
v All classes must enter and leave the lunchroom/auditorium quietly.
v Absolutely no talking is allowed during arrival to and dismissal from the lunchroom.
v Teachers must be in front of his/her class when the "end of period" bell rings. NO EXCEPTIONS!
v Teachers may NOT ask lunchroom supervisors to discipline their students for occurrences that take place in the classroom. (NO EXCEPTIONS!!!)
